    Mohammad Abu Yassen

    Mohammad leads Oryx's technology and digital transformation practice, advising clients on the strategic, operational, and technical decisions that shape modern businesses across the GCC and MENA. With over a decade in the technology sector since 2013, he brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and senior program leadership, having delivered complex technology programs for mid-sized and large corporations across Kuwait and the wider GCC. His work at Oryx spans digital transformation strategy, enterprise systems advisory, technology due diligence, software development direction, and IT operating model design ensuring that technology decisions support the broader commercial strategy, and that delivery actually matches what was promised on the slide deck.

  2. Head of Legal Advisory

    Dr. Mazin Al Qadi

    Dr. Mazin leads Oryx's legal advisory practice, advising the firm and its clients on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters across the GCC and the wider MENA region. A qualified lawyer with a doctorate in Private Law and over 27 years at the Jordanian Bar, he has served as legal counsel to major investment groups, international hotel operators, the Royal Hashemite Documentation Center, and high profile private clients. He is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union, and a former law lecturer in commercial law bringing the depth of an academic and the practical experience of a senior practitioner to every engagement.

  3. Head of Fintech & Virtual Assets

    Murat Temir

    Murat leads Oryx's fintech and virtual assets practice, advising international fintechs, digital asset firms, and financial institutions on entry into the UAE and the wider GCC. Based in Dubai since 2014, he has supported large fintech and virtual asset projects through complex regulatory, structural, and operational launches across the region, with deep working knowledge of the UAE's evolving frameworks; VARA, ADGM, DIFC, and CMA. Originally from France and fluent in French, English, and Turkish, Murat works fluidly across international markets supporting clients, as they establish licensed operations, structure cross-border activity, and navigate the regulatory realities of moving into the region.

    Fahad Saeed

    Fahad leads the Strategic Growth & Bid Advisory function at Oryx, where he helps clients secure and win high value opportunities by developing end to end bid strategies, managing complex RFP and tender processes, and crafting compelling, commercially strong proposals that enhance competitive positioning and win probability; with over 12 years of experience across EY and leading organizations in the UAE, he has built deep expertise in business development, account management, and pursuit leadership across infrastructure, engineering, and enterprise sectors, consistently supporting executive decision-making and driving structured growth across competitive markets.

  5. Head of Concierge & Travel

    Ebrahim Hikmet

    Ebrahim leads Oryx's private client and lifestyle services practice. With nearly two decades in luxury travel and concierge since 2007, he began his career at TravelBag, built deep expertise in IATA systems and high end client servicing, then founded and ran his own luxury travel firm from 2014 before joining Oryx in 2023. His work covers private aviation, yacht arrangements, luxury travel, hotel and venue access, event planning, and the day to day lifestyle coordination that our clients depend on.

  6. Head of Real Estate

    Hamdan Abu Hassan

    Hamdan leads Oryx's real estate advisory practice, supporting corporate clients, family offices, and private investors on property decisions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A RERA-certified broker with over ten years of experience in the UAE real estate market, Hamdan brings a rare combination of strategic perspective and practical, on-the-ground access covering off-plan opportunities, ready inventory, value-add repositioning projects, and complex residential transactions for both institutional investors and private end-users. His approach is to structure each piece of advice around the client's financial position, timeline, and long-term objectives.
